No, I didn’t go fishing myself (although that might make a good excuse for the lack of blog posts recently), but some fishermen and sailboats made for a nice scene on the Oakland estuary early one evening last week:

Is that marina a possible future home for FragEv? It’s a lovely scene–not a car in sight.
June 12th, 2010 at 8:24 amI agree with unique distance from isolation– that picture with the two sailboats and the group of people on that strip fishing has a beauty that is hard to define – is it the stillness of the water? is it the clarity of the imagine? It’s just extraordinary, almost surreal.
